Darci Hardman (she/her) is the Practice Administrator at Arch Psychology Melbourne, where she brings exceptional organisational and administrative skills, along with a warm and friendly demeanour.
Currently pursuing an Advanced Graduate Diploma of Psychology at Monash University, Darci plans to continue her studies with a Master’s Program to become a psychologist. Darci aspires to work in a clinical setting with both children and adults.
She has gained valuable experience working alongside our psychologists, particularly in areas involving neurodivergent children and counselling with adults.
Darci is onsite Tuesdays to Fridays.

Maisie Searles O’Connor (she/her) has joined the Arch Psychology Melbourne following an internship. She has brought her welcoming and friendly demeanour and is hoping to learn and share her experiences, insights, and passion for psychology here at Arch!

Maisie is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychological Science at Deakin University. So far her academic interests have been studying family development and also forensic psychology classes.

Outside of her studies, she enjoys staying active with pilates and has recently started gaining an interest in reading. She also has a dog, Brodie, who she loves spending time with.

Maisie looks forward to gaining valuable experience and contributing to the team while continuing her journey in psychology.

Felicity Manley (she/her) is a general psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages and backgrounds with their mental health and well-being.With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach,
Felicity creates a safe space for clients to explore their challenges. She believes in fostering positive change through evidence-based techniques and collaboratively developing insight with her clients.
Felicity has extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients, particularly those dealing with mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. Felicity is particularly passionate about supporting young people navigate the transition to adulthood.
Her therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Isaac Matthews (he/him) is a provisional psychologist who aims to create a non-judgemental, collaborative space where clients feel supported and empowered. He is committed to being present and responsive, using education and evidence-based tools to help clients create meaningful change.
Isaac is currently completing his Master of Professional Psychology at Deakin University. He has professional and volunteer experience working with people of all ages and backgrounds, and is passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges.
Isaac draws on a range of evidence-based approaches and is continually developing his practice. He is especially interested in working across the lifespan as he refines his future direction as a psychologist.

Megan Fielding (she/her) is a general psychologist dedicated to providing holistic, individualised, and evidence-based support. She works collaboratively with her clients, their families, and schools.
Megan is passionate about providing neurodiversity-affirming care for her clients, to create a safe and supportive space where people can be their authentic selves.
Megan has experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families, addressing challenges such as learning and attention difficulties, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence.
She is skilled in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments across the lifespan, including ADHD, autism, intellectual disabilities, and learning disorders. She offers cognitive, educational, and diagnostic evaluations for all age groups.

Melinda Adams (she/her) is a general psychologist who emphasises a warm, caring, and collaborative approach. She is committed to providing empathetic, non-judgmental support, particularly for parents and families.
Mel has extensive experience working with children, young people, and adults, who are neurodivergent or experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other life challenges.

Mel's background includes supporting students and training educators in managing emotional and mental health needs within schools. She is additionally a qualified EMDR therapist, focusing on trauma recovery.
She has a strong interest in understanding each client as a whole person across the different areas of their life. Mel integrates evidence-based therapies tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health.

Shannon McCarthy (she/her) is an educational and developmental psychologist who fosters a safe and nurturing environment for young people to explore their strengths and challenges and find comfort in being their authentic selves.
Shannon has experience working with children and young people in both school and clinical environments. She values working collaboratively with young people, their families, teachers, and other professionals. ​​
Shannon uses a person-centred and strengths-based approach, integrating evidence-based therapeutic frameworks like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
Shannon is an ANZAED Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician, utilising Enhanced Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT-E) for adolescents and young adults with current or emerging eating disorders.

Stephanie Allan (she/her) is a certified speech pathologist who works with children. She has an interest in speech sound disorders, developmental language disorders, orofacial myofunctional disorders, early intervention, and literacy.
She completed her Master of Speech Pathology at La Trobe University after earning a Bachelor of Psychological Science from Monash University. Before becoming a speech pathologist, Steph worked as a disability support worker, which enriched her skills in supporting well-being and social development.
Steph has experience in various settings, including hospitals, schools, and telehealth services. She believes that good therapy starts with a strong, collaborative relationship with both the child and their family, setting goals together, and making sessions enjoyable.
