about felicity:

 

 

Felicity Manley (she/her) is a general psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages and backgrounds with their mental health and well-being. With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, Felicity creates a safe space for clients to explore their challenges. She believes in fostering positive change through evidence-based techniques and collaboratively developing insight with her clients.

 

Felicity has extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients, particularly those dealing with mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. Felicity is particularly passionate about supporting young people navigate the transition to adulthood. 

 

Her therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
