about mel:
Melinda Adams (Mel, she/her) is a psychologist who emphasises a warm, caring, and collaborative approach. She is committed to providing empathetic and non-judgmental support.
Mel has extensive experience working with children, young people, and adults, who are neurodivergent or experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other life challenges. Mel is particularly passionate about supporting parents and families.

Mel's background includes supporting students and training educators in managing emotional and mental health needs within schools. She is additionally a qualified EMDR therapist, focusing on trauma recovery.
She has a strong interest in understanding each client as a whole person across the different areas of their life. Mel integrates evidence-based therapies tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health.
